Payments by card can only be authorised from the card holder. If you are not the cardholder please call the Accounts Team on 020 8290 7400 who will be happy to help you. Our opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Payments can only be accepted in GBP – Sterling and will be subject to clearance by your card which can take 3-5 working days.

The minimum payment amount is £1 and the maximum is £10,000.

When using our online payment facility you will be redirected to Barclays payment services who will process your payment card details and take payment. Please note we do not store any personal details on our system.

Please note: Credit cards cannot be used to make payments on this site. Only debit cards are supported.

J&P Reference Number J&P Reference Number is required (Please enter your J&P reference exactly as it is printed on your correspondence. It should contain at least 11 characters (including /) and will generally look similar to: ABCD024/0001)
